Have not been able to get my B12 injection at the GP due to the pandemic, this spray has been a great alternative, have not suffered the usual fatigue I suffer when my B12 levels are dropping so it must be working. Tastes nice and is convenient to use.

I�m vit B12 deficient, and I need injections regularly, as most people who are B12 deficient do. I can always tell when my injection isn�t working anymore, and these sprays are excellent to tide me over between the visit to the nurse. Not all vitamins are equal... This stuff is the best on the market, and it tastes great too!
