I have suffered from low b12 for years and was regularly taking a liquid feraglobin which massively helped me. I wanted to try this as it was a bigger dose of b12 and the natural form of b12. I've given it weeks and my condition has since worsened. I'm now going bk to the one I was usuing before. Confusing as the one I was on before was a lower dose of b12. Everyone is different. Easy to take and making an impact

Purchased this for my teenage son who suffers from lethargy and struggles to take vitamin supplements. He enjoys the taste and remembers to take it without prompting (a bonus). I feel fine when I take this, 4 squirts a day, I feel like me. Nothing dramatic but I believe it helps my mood. It's only when I don't have it do I feel the difference. I don't know if it's a placebo effect but I can't be without it.
