    I started using this when my B12 blood levels were low (been vegan for 25 years) and it put them through the roof! So, I have to say it's a very effective spray - I now only use half the recommended daily dosage and my B12 levels stay nicely topped up.
    Doesn't taste too bad either.

    I love these vitamin sprays as I'm not very good with swallowing tablets and the added hassle of having to go get a drink to take a tablet whereas you can walk past this, pick it up, take a quick spray and carry on - brilliant! Also tastes very nice. The only downside is the price as I do think they are a bit overpriced, however, if they become more popular then they may be able to reduce the price...

    I have found this product to be excellent particularly in regard to certain illnesses which it alleviates considerably, as well as supporting general good health.

    As I've been a vegetarian for a long time and I realized I needed a good source of Vitamin B12 since I'm also a regular blood donor. This fits the bill perfectly, it is very easy to administer, has a great flavour (sweetened with xylitol) and has also added Chromium.
    I've been taking this product for about a year now (I used Vitamin B complex tablets before) and I prefer this to the pills (which taste disgusting and make my urine bright yellow).

  5. A good Top Up of B12

    As I have a B12 deficiency and have 3 monthly injections due to pernicious anaemia, I use this oral spray as a 'top up' in between injections as it is absorbed straight into the system, rather than taking tablets etc. This seems to work very well and tastes good!

    I've been using this for 2 years. For me it's the ideal way to take this essential vitamin. My whole family take it daily now. We feel it has improved our health. Easy to use spray. Less ingredients than tablets. Taste is good. I have recommended it to friends. I bulk buy it when its on offer.
