• Identify the left and right splints using the labels.
• Place your foot on the terrycloth side of the splint.
• Align the gel pad with the bunion area.
• Wrap the big toe strap and adjust the hook-and-loop fastener for comfort.
• Secure the foot and heel straps to hold the splint in place.
• Start wearing for about 30 minutes daily and gradually increase to overnight use (up to 8 hours).
