I was starting to suffer with stiff joints and getting moving after sitting down for to long for the first 30 seconds or so was quite painful. Been taking these for the last 3 days and OMG what a difference. I dont have aching joints, and can now bend down without everything hurting and I can even put my socks on standing up with out having to sit on the edge of the bed. Would definately recommend.

I love the product having used it now for 7 years but living in Spain and buying on line seems an easy option that the delivery side lets down. I didn�t receive my order after 21 days and had run out of my product, yes I am offered another delivery but wondering if it will arrive? I offered to pay extra for a courier delivery or faster but was told there isn�t another option. I do think that H & B need to look at delivery service and options.

As an aging running (45yr old female) I needed something that�d help with my creaky knees. My left knee was particularly painful and would sometimes hurt so much I�d have to stop towards and end of a run as I was worried it�d �go� and I�d have to hobble home (I averaged around 25-30 running miles per week)

I�ve now been taking this for about 3 months and slowly but surely everything has started to feel a bit better. Not perfect but certainly my joins, especially my knees feel much better. So won�t be stopping!
