    I bought these vitamins before Christmas, as I have very weak, damaged hair and my nails struggle to grow. I was hoping maybe that these would help after reading a lot of positive reviews. However, I can't honestly say I've seen any difference. This may be because I'm not taking the full dose of 3 a day, as I find them incredibly difficult to swallow. They smell awful and taste horrible, leaving a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the morning. Don't think I could bring myself to more than one of them in the day!! I think for the price of them, I expected more.

    I've been using for about a month now and EVERYONE comments on how lovely my hair is. My nails always break (being a nail biting since a child I stopped biting 2 years ago, I'm now 29) they are now a lot stronger and now very rarely break! Yes they do have a very unique smell and a very unique taste, but you're not chewing them and it doesn't last long. I'd say go for it, it's done me the world of good and I'm sure some of the other vitamins it contains are just generally making me feel better.

    I've taken these tablets for over a year and my nails are so much stronger.
    They really work, I happened to stop taking for few weeks and the nails went back to horrible state like before: soft, splitting, breaking easily....will never stop taking from now on.

    I have never had strong nails and have never been able to grow them. I decided to try Skin, Hair and Nails because I had one nail that continually split, I was told it was damage to the nail bed. Since using SHN my nails are really strong and easy to grow. Although the damaged nail will never be cured it is much stronger and does not split so easily. If I run out I certainly notice the difference in my nails.

    Too bulky to swallow. And instruction said you need 3 tabs a day and one jar contains 60. Not good value for money.
