The tablets help my hair grow and stop the ends from being so dry. I start noticing a difference within 2 weeks of taking them and when I go through periods of forgetting to take them, I can really notice the difference in my hair! Can�t say I�ve ever noticed a change in my skin or nails. I only take one a day and see a difference...

I have only been using this product for a week and I can already see results in my skin and nails. My nails are really hard, they feel unbreakable! My skin also looks more clear, with a reducued number of impurities. My hair feels softer but I feel like it's still to early to fully review how effective it is on my hair. I take two caplets a day along with one cod liver oil with multivitamins ( also from Holland and Barrett).
I would 100% recommend this product to anyone who needs and extra boost of nutrients.

The tablets are quite big and hard to swallow if you have problems like that but luckily they do break up if you chew them and they don�t taste too bad. The recommendation is 1 three times a day with meals.
Too soon to see any results.
