    Absolutely disgusting! I bought these the other day and had to bin them because of how bad they were. They smell horrible and are so hard to swallow. Do not buy!

    It�s been a month I have been taking these for and already noticed my hair is longer and my nails are stronger. The only negative is the size of the pill. Apart from that an excellent product!

    I hope it works - weeks ago I started to use it and after 2 months I noticed that new hairs are growing and nails do not break off so easily anymore. But it should be taken quite a long before it starts work.

    I've been using different brands of 1 x tablet skin hair nails vitamins for many years with no issues ... started with H&B brand about 6 months ago .. but didnt read label properly so only took one per night instead of 3 for same dose as before.. smell is really not nice and I still get taste long time after ... I can ignore that tho .. however when i realised my mistake i thought I'd try 3x tablets per night ...and have done so for past week and since i have had a terrible rash on both side of my face and forehead ... i am 54 have never suffered with spots or rash ?? I dont know whether to continue for a while longer ? Or just STOP these ??? NEVER had any contraindications with other brands ? Could this dose be too high for me ?? Anyone else suffered same problem please advise x

    I take these to help with my nails, as without some kind of supplement they are weaker and prone to peeling. However, my skin is too unreliable for me to comment on its effect there.

    I have both sides of my head shaved so I definitely notice increased hair growth all over. However these do not increase the thickness of my hair, so I consider them only suitable for hair growth (in my opinion).

    As for my nails, after taking these, they've never been stronger! I'm definitely impressed. However, I might switch to a different brand after I finish these two bottles, as I'm not fond of taking 3 of these per day (especially when I take several supplements at once).
