Better than I ever expected

I always had fine thin hair but it used to be down to my waist. As I got older my hair got even thinner and ws not growing as long. Also my nails were only ever presentable at the end of a holiday. I have now been taking these tablets for several years and my hair is growing longer again and my nails are much stronger.
