Holland & Barrett's Omega 3 Fish Oil Concentrate 1000mg capsules contain contaminant-free, pure fish oil to provide adequate quantities of essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids need to be ingested from food as they are not naturally produced by the human body. EPA and DHA are Essential Omega-3 fatty acids which are commonly found in fish oils.

DHA supports the maintenance of vision and normal brain function and the beneficial effect can be obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. When 250mg of DHA is taken with 250mg of EPA it also contributes to normal heart function.

Lost delivery but quick recovery

I ordered two different items, waited for them to be delivered - a week after they should have been here I contacted H&B customer services, they apologised and arranged for new delivery they arrived within a couple of days, so customer service really good. The items I ordered was Lutigold extra recommend by the opticians for my OH eyes he has been taking them for about two yrs his eyes have improved, for me I ordered Omega 3 caps to help with my increasing Arthritis as its only the second week its to early to say anything, but they are easy to take I will expect to feel the effects after maybe 3-4 weeks. Price wise I purchased both items when there was special offer on so got a good bargain.

Not the best quality capsules

These capsules are a lot bigger than other ones and the problem I found with these is that it seems to burst or have holes inside the bottle for no apparent reason . I�ve found about 10 empty capsules and because of the burst or the leaked oil from the capsules seems to go everywhere inside the bottle and after a day it gets sticky and then all the capsules sticks and now the only way I can get the capsules out are by hitting the bottle cap to the floor upside down and one drops. I�m not sure why these are bursting as it�s been kept inside room temperature and I�m the only person who uses it
