    Haven�t been taking long enough as yet only a couple of weeks but I�m happy with one a day and great price, 60 easy to take capsules in bottle . Looking forward to amazing results as this oil has really good health benefits from researching this product.

    I have this item thinking it�s black seed oil but it�s not it is cummin seed oil. Really disappointed with Holland and Barrett.

    It�s pure black seed oil and perfect to swallow as capsule rather then oil on a spoon which is hard to take. Black seed oil has many benefits to the body that is visible and which is within. It keeps colds and flu at bay and curbs the appetite. No harm in taking 1 capsule everyday.

    Need more time it's only about two weeks since being on this supplement. I purchased 2 bottles & from reading what's inside the ingredients I'm sure nothing but positive results will show in the incoming weeks.

    I don�t like the taste of black oil as a liquid so this is an easy way to get my vitamin D as well as my black seed oil without tasting it

    dissolves rather quickly, you need to be fast when swallowing them as they leave a bad taste in your mouth but they do work

    black seed is something that i have heard has many benefits, but i am yet to see any, iv' only being taking them for a few weeks, so may just need a bit more time to kick in. But its overall a good product!
