    I bought this after reading the other reviews to help me with brain fog. I'm going through the menopause and was having a terrible time remembering things. The gp prescribed me hrt too. I've been taking both for just over a month now and feel better than I did. It isn't a miracle cure and you still need to do mindfulness but I think it is helping. It may just be a placebo, I'm not sure. Only time will tell. I have no side effects with either

    I have a bad blood circulation as I have cold feet.
    Taking biloba for 2 months did not make any difference so I have to find another solution. :(
