Highly effective anti inflammatory for me!

I�ve no idea about this particular product as I�ve only been taking it for 5 days? However I have been taking turmeric capsules of another brand for 2 months now and highly recommend turmeric generally. I purchased this brand as it is of a higher concentration and will need to take only one capsule per day. I broke my wrist several months ago and had swelling and inflammation which was greatly reduced by taking turmeric daily with no need to take anti inflammatory.

Turmeric for arthritis pain.

I heard so much about Turmeric being a wonderful pain killer for arthritis pain that I decided to give it a try. I was a bit skeptical about all the claims being made for turmeric but, I tell you now, that for me it was magical. The terrible pain in my shoulder and in my hip are now almost non existent.
