My search for a relief for sore muscles

I am searching for the 'Holy Grail' to help with my Arthritis symptoms and hoping that Turmeric was the solution, I tried it for a while now, two a day until the bottle was empty. Regretfully, I have to report that for me, the remedy isn't in this product but neither are the prescribed drugs from my Doctor and so the search continues. I am not critical of it, just that it has not worked for me and good luck to those it does.
