Use this for inflammation. I feel that this really helps with the peri menopausal aches I've been getting for a few years now. I no longer have constantly achey feet and my general acheyness first thing is a lot better. My partner also uses these - and he normally hates pills of any description. He has reoccurring back problems and this, with his physio, keeps him feeling so much more supple than when he was only doing his exercises. I encourage anyone to read up on inflammation and the detrimental effects it can have on your body. I took these for about 2 months straight and now only take them a few days a week, which i feel keeps my aches at bay. My partner, on the other hand takes his everyday.
