Saves using large amounts of black pepper.

Holland & Barrett Organic High Strength Tumeric with Black Pepper has solved my search. I have been using tumeric for years and was aware that including black pepper in my diet increased the absorption rate. I'm not a fan of pepper on my food and the thought of taking it neat was out of the question. I toyed with the idea of adding black pepper to the tumeric capsules but found this to be impractical. Then I saw that H & B had tumeric combined with black pepper on their shelves and the next time I bought tumeric added this to my basket. Now I can't say that my body is absorbing the tumeric more efficiently but I trust H & B to research their products and so am assuming that it does.

Turmeric and hip pain
