Ingredients

Ingredients: Magnesium Oxide, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Zinc Gluconate, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Carnauba Wax, Glycerine). Always read the label before use.

Not sure it actually does a thing.

Not convinced it actually does anything. I had repeat tests done and there was nothing in my tests that showed any improvement on my health. Feels like a huge waste of money. I have been taking these for months.
