What is it?
Holland & Barrett's Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules contain contaminant free, pure fish oil to provide adequate quantities of essential fatty acids. Essential Fatty Acids must be ingested from food as they are not naturally produced by the body. EPA and DHA are Essential Omega-3 fatty acids commonly found in fish oils.

- Holland & Barrett Omega 3 Fish Oil supports normal heart function, brain health and vision. These capsules provide pure, contaminant free fish oil with added Vitamin E, offering a rich source of essential fatty acids.
