Holland & Barrett Omega 3 Fish Oil supports normal heart function, brain health and vision. These capsules provide pure, contaminant free fish oil with added Vitamin E, offering a rich source of essential fatty acids.
DHA supports the maintenance of vision and normal brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg DHA. It also contributes to normal heart function when combined with EPA. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg DHA and EPA.

Omega 3 capsules - HUGE mistake!

Bought these Omega 3 tablets as they were recommended in an article. I had no idea how big each capsule is. Honestly I would choke on these they are huge. Virtually impossible to gauge the size of the capsules through the plastic and I didn�t think they would be so big so why would I need to check? A waste of over �15 as I can�t use them and presumably as I�ve opened them they won�t take them back
