What is it?
Holland & Barrett Cod Liver Oil capsules are rich in essential Omega 3 Fatty acids, EPA and DHA, which help maintain normal vision, heart, and brain function. As well as vitamins A and D. Vitamins A and D both contribute to the normal function of the immune system, while Vitamin A alone contributes towards the maintenance of normal skin, and Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bone and muscle function. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.

- Directions: Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
