    Bought when on sale for better value, tablets are quite large and take some gettnig down, however, they seem to have improved my hair. nails and skin. I will continue to use them

    I've been taking these sporadically over the past month since getting my hair cut way too short, and it's grown so fast! My nails have also been growing much faster than normal and they feel less brittle. I've knocked a star off as the recommend dosage is 3 per day which is a bit of a hassle as they are massive and hard to swallow.

    The caplets are quite big but I have no problem swallowing them. I expected an overnight miracle but mine took approx 3 months, I�m so pleased and will continue to use them. I bought while half price so extra bonus. I am mid 70�s and disabled with many illnesses. My hair was thinning and my nails broke half way down for years. Believe me the difference is massive. I hope everyone has the results I�m having.I recommend them 100%.

    I very rarely write reviews but I thought Holland and Barrett deserved the recognitionon with this product. I've been trying to grow my hair for a while now, and nothing seemed to work. I have been taking these tablets for just over a month now and the results are great. Not only has my hair grown at a much faster rate, its shiny, stronger and healthier looking. People have noticed and commented on the difference! My nails have grown longer and stronger also, I havent noticed much improvement in my skin but i will continue taking these tablets for the wonders they have worked on my hair alone. I noticed the improvement after taking 3 daily within 2-3 weeks. You need to stick at it, but if you do it definitely works

    I have seen a huge difference in my skin and nails. Im not happy with my hair its still falling off its annoying.
