    I used to buy the blue bottle, but was told these are no longer available and went for this product instead. They are gross, taste vile and smell vile. Won't be using again. I have an unused bottle if anybody wants them lol

  2. Okay - smelly and expensive but do work

    I think these have strengthened my nails but can�t be certain as I haven�t taken them long enough. They aren�t great value for money as you need to take 3 a day so the pot goes down quickly which isn�t ideal for the cost of them. The tablets do also taste and smell awful, I saw this on a few reviews but thought it would be fine but I dread taking them because of the smell and taste!

    Ever since I started taking these tablets my hair has been falling a lot. Everyday there were hair everywhere in the house and when I wash my hair it�s even more. I stopped taking these tablets for a few days just to see if my hair stops falling and it stopped. Then when I started taking them again I started losing lots of hair again. My husband used the Superhair one and everyday when he wakes up there were lots of hair on his pillow. He has now stopped taking them as well.

    I have been taking these for six months now. I can�t believe how much better my hair is . It�s thicker , it�s grown in length that I have always had a problem with . I will never stop taking them . I have acrylic nails !

    I had a very low B12 count and rather than have injections, took this supplement and slightly altered my diet. These caplets have proved so worthwhile and I shall continue to take them. Over a three month period I have brought my B12 levels up to normal.
