    I have used these on & off for years. I always give myself a few weeks break if I have been taking them for more than 6 months. They have always worked for me, I straighten my hair everyday. My hair is thick & shiny, also I find that I only have to wash my hair twice a week. Someone has recommended the H&B Zinc Tablets as well so I will give them ago this month!
    One thing I hate about that! The tablets are quite big. But that doesn't bother me as much as it would other people.

    I hardly review products. But i must say this product does what it says at an amazing value.

    I was a hair model for a salon and they dyed my hair ( i have afro hair) they did not have the right products to treat my hair and i had to end up cutting off ALL my hair and my hair struggled for ages to get anywhere. I tried expensive hair pills from america, expensive hair oils and nothing seemed to work. Then i got these pills. They are extremely cheap compared to the pills i was purchasing so i was a bit skeptical at first...however I have been using them for over 6 months now and i can really really see a difference! I dyed my hair since cutting it short and so it was easier for me to take notice of the growth in my hair as my roots and natural hair colour was coming through. I have fallen back in love with my fro again. The only difference i havent seen is the back of my hair. I really do think that the original dye from the salon damaged my hair as it seems to refuse to grow back. I have been moisturizing it every morning and night since December and i noticed it has got thicker so maybe it just needs more moisture.

    With regards to my nails, my nails have GROWN! and my nails never grow! Lucky for me the tip of my nails grows out white so my nails always look like i have a french manicure lol.

    With my skin I have not really noticed a difference. I tend take really good care of my skin anyways.

    But overall this product is amazing! Best bought in the penny sale for an extra bargain!

    Heard good things about these tablets so trying them out. Tablets are huge and definitely hard to keep up with 3 a day. Been taking for 2 weeks now but not seen any difference but from what I hear it can take upto 3 months so looking forward to that.

    I just finished the first bottle and i have seen huge improvement in my hair and nails!! I did not have any expectations in the beginning, but since i use it, my nails are stronger, and my hair are thicker and more!!!!!! I love this product!!!
