    I was given this product by a friend,and I have used it ever since, having had stomach by-pass surgery I noticed my hair and nails were in very poor condition, I have been taking this now for at least 4yrs, both my hair and nails are looking much better.

    I have bought this product few months ago. I have bought few bottles of that supplement in s hope to improve my nails and hair condition.

    I have been taking this product for 3 months without any break. There is no any improvement at all. In fact, I think it makes my nails and hair more brittle. Wouykd not recommend this product to anybody.

    Cut my nails way to short last September and ever since I've been unable to regrow them as they were split and flaking. I started taking these tablets six weeks ago and the difference in my nails is unbelievable. They feel strong, do not flake and do not bend under stress. Can't say I've noticed a difference in hair or skin but am beyond impressed re my nails. Excellent product.

    My hair was in a seriously bad condition few months ago, it was massively falling off. Also my nails were brittle. I decided to try this product and I'm more than satisfied. My hair is not falling off anymore and my nails are getting stronger.

    Been taking them for around 3 months and have noticed an improvement in my hair which was cutting out due to anemia. Not noticed my skin or nails yet but plan to continue taking for 6-12 months for full benefits. Tablets are big but not a problem to take.

    I�m a student and my studies had been taken a tool on my hair. Now that I�m using this product I�ve noticed a big difference with my hair, nails and skin.
