  1. This product doesn't seem fit for purpose

    Ironically it's been proven that too much Vitamin A can lead to diffuse alopecia and yet if you take the three tablets as advised you are going to be well over the recommended intake (especially so if you're female). I feel like they just chucked a load of nice sounding vitamins together without properly researching.

    I used the above for most of 2021 and didn't see any results, I'd say it didn't help at all. Add to that the potentially damaging level of vitamin a and it's not really a great deal. Better off eating 5 a day and going to the gym!

    I have only been using these for about a week and so far so good. I have not felt nauseous at all, but it's too early to say if there is any difference.

    I've been taking these 3 times a day for two months and have noticed a positive difference to my hair and nails. I take these because my job took its toll on my nails and I also want to keep my hair healthy. My nails don't break half as much since taking these and they grow back really quickly! As for my hair, it's looking healthy and soft since taking these. My hair is usually dry and brittle and these have made quite a difference to my hair.
    Note: I get my hair cut regularly and always deep condition it, so these tablets alone don't do the magic but certainly help loads to maintain strength, texture and faster growth.
    It's the only product I have tried so far which actually helps with growth.

    The tablets are around the size of an almond but I never had trouble swallowing them. They do taste a bit strong but if you wash it down before it settles it goes in 5 seconds.

    Great stuff, definitely reccomend.

    Ive been taking these for over 6months now and i can say that i have noticed a definate difference my nails are growing stronger and faster, my skin and hair feels healthier i would recommend.

    So far so great! Only been ysing them for 3months but my hair isnt falling out as much and my skin feels amazing. My nails havent changed but i didnt buy them for that reason
