    I think this product is good value for money. The down side is the size if the capsules. Even when broken in half they are still difficult to swallow.

    I started taking these 2 months ago and I'm already seeing positive changes to my general health. My nails are stronger and growing faster than usual and my skin feels softer than ever and has a glow to it. I mainly bought them to help with growing my hair so the other results have been a great bonus! I have natural afro hair and it�s currently in braids so I cannot yet tell if the supplement is helping with hair growth but I�m hoping that over the next few months I�ll see more visible results. Ain all I�m very happy with these and will definitely be buying regularly!!!

    I have been taking these tablets, three that are massive sized, for over 8 months. They may have had a slight effect on my hair, not sure. But my nails are still in an awful condtion and my skin is no different. I ghve another 4 months worth to take and if the outcome is the same, as now, I shall not bother taking them anymore. Very disappointed.

    I'm in my late 40's and have been using the Skin, Hair & Nails capsules for years. They're particularly good for my hair and nails - I often get compliments on the condition of my hair. if I don't take the capsules for a while my hair loses it's shine and bounce and falls out a bit more when I brush, and my nails get brittle and break easily. I am never without these capsules!

    I have had good results with these tablets, been taking them for some time now and there is a definite improvement to my skin, hair and nails, the tablets are a little on the large size, would suggest taking plenty of water with them, ordering was smooth and delivery quick, all in all a very good purchase.
