    Only been taking these for a month. My nails are clearly stronger and have stopped splitting. My hair is softer, which is much needed as it is quite coarse. Not noticed much difference with my skin but I have "mature" skin so improvement may not happen or take longer

    I use this if I have been unwell or run down as it is true that is the 3 areas you will see if you are run down. After 1 bottle or about half way you will get you your hair is nice what have you done. I will get another bottle and make sure my system has had a good boost.

    This product fantastic. I suffer from thin hair and my hair is in such better condition and is starting to look thicker and more shiny. It's made such a difference that people at work are making comments and my hairdresser even said it was looking much healthier. My nails and hair are in good condition already but i'm sure it's helped them too.

  7. Bring the Old formula back!!

    Me & my nan have took these tablets for ages now and the old formula was great, we had no trouble with them but recently my nan has noticed that the new formula isn�t as great and her nails have started to split. My nails have also started to split and feel weaker. I had no trouble with breaking out once I started taking the old formula but the new one has started breaking me out again. So disappointing.

    Stay consistent and you will see the results. Hair stronger and thicker, nails less brittle and skin is glowing after 3 months of taking.
