Hair growth has improved since taking these for about 5 months, i dont take 3 daily as they are expensive, usually 1 a day as i eat pretty healthy, its more for the extras that arent in a normal multivitamin

Acne breakouts

I've been taking these for approx two weeks and have acne on my chin and a few spots on my scalp, I wondered if that's my body getting rid of toxins or adjusting to the ingredients, or am I just allergic to the product? Has anyone else had this kind of issue and is it worth persevering? Not noticed a difference so far in nail strength and too early to know if it's working on my hair.
