Saw a big difference in my nails in a very short time, I was really surprised at how quickly they worked for me. Ok, the are not the best tasting/smelling vitamin but I take it along side all my other vitamins and with food so I don't really notice it.

I wasted 3 years ( time and money ) for this profuct...after this period i saw tiny... very tiny a bid improvement. Soon as i stoped to take this vitamind... my hair start to falling off like crazy. Because of that, do not recommend. I switched off for colagen after 3 months i see already better results then with this one after 3 years... best part when i stop to take colagen anyway my hair do not falling off like be this product. Do not work for me.

Not happy with courier firm had to ring up Holland and Barratt couple of times chasing up delivery, finally received over a week later but im happy with the product my hair and nails have definately grown a lot quicker than normal.

Poor value for money

I Thought these were good value for money, but when they arrived, you have to take 3 per day making them treble the price I thought. Why can't they make them one a day! Have been taking for two weeks and not really noticed a difference. Will keep going with them, as it may take longer to take effect.
