I have just finished using these after a considerable length of time, due to not finding any changes to my thin, peeling nails. My skin has not shown any visible changes either. For the amount you get , if it works for you it�s probably good value, quality of tablets is good, all the same, none broken

Nails became so long and strong really quick! Hair has also shown thicker and quicker growth - slower than nails though. Super happy with the results and so I am purchasing the largest larger tub/quantity this time.

Purchased these in recommendation by H&B staff. Not her fault they are vile to taste but worst of all they made me bloated, constipated and broke out in worse spots in my skin after taking them. I tried for 7 days and just couldn't stomach them. Such a waste of money.
