    Tablets can sometimes be tricky to swallow -they sometimes stick to your tongue. Bit of an unpleasant aftertaste, but it only lasts a few seconds.
    Otherwise, the tablets are good.

    Have only just started taking these tablets so not able to say yet if they make a difference, although I did make this purchase on the recommendation of my hairdresser. They were an excellent price & I was very impressed when they arrived the next day after ordering. A brilliant service.

    Been using this for a couple of weeks and can see a great improvement in my hair , it's just started growing again, and it's a lot thicker

  4. Caused me to have break outs

    This product caused me to have breakout along my jaw, chin and mouth. As soon as I sipped taking these tablets my skin cleared up.

    I persevered for a month thinking it couldn�t possibly be these tablets causing me to have constant spots. After two weeks of stopping this product, my skin cleared.

    On the plus side, I did notice a positive change in the condition on my nails, they grew a lot quicker in this time and also thicker.

    I was not taking them long enough to notice a difference in my hair.

    I have since given the rest of my tablets to my friends as it seems a waste of money to throw them a way for the cost. My friend has had no issues with them at all.

    My body/ skin obviously didn�t agree to them.

    I haven't been taking this supplement for long but I think it is starting to improve the condition of my nails. I haven't tried other supplements of this kind so I am unable to make a comparison. I will be able to give a better review after a few weeks.

    This product is suitable for me and my daughter. Considering that in this winter season, we are lacked of vitamin D. I experienced the growth of our hair and nails are fast enough. My hair softer than before. Thanks H & B.
