How to Apply

How To Apply

Directions: Take 1 Tablet(s) per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

This product contains Iron, which, if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to mild tingling and numbness.
All supplements containing Vitamin A (preformed Retinol) are best avoided by those who regularly eat liver and products made from liver.
Diabetic/Hypoglycemics - Use only under a doctor’s supervision because this product contains chromium, which may enhance insulin sensitivity and may affect your blood glucose levels.

Have been keeping my eye for the product to come in stock and once I spotted them, I didn't hesitate to order as mine nearly finished. The product was delivered the following day in the evening, I was very impressed about that.
They're the best vitamins I ever had and used them for several years. The vitamins are big and don't taste nice, but I'm not bothered about that as I take with water. The product has had a few package transformations and different name over the years but it was easy to find online because they have a picture showing that. In store, the represantative was unsure about the product and found it unhelpful cos I first went in store and after resorted to shop online.
I'm giving it 5 stars because of the quality of the product and wonderful speedy delivery. I will defo shop online again from H&B.

I find they are very big pills and hard to swallow. Also they have a very strong smell i know that cant be helped as its the contents of them. Just hope they do me some good.

The boost these give me are great, seems to even me out a good bit. The smell, taste and aftertaste are horrendous but that's a small price to pay.
