This is a great product, with a really pleasant pineapple flavour. I have struggled in the past to find a protein powder that is nice to drink. This one really is and I have definitely felt the benefits of consuming this shake post workout. The powder mixes well (no lumps) I have also paired this with a spoonful of the Tri Active Nutritional Boost powder. I really like this range of products.
