    This is a great way of taking B12 supplement for many reasons but don't expect instant affect! You will not be zapped with energy! Like all vitamins, it takes a little time to work. I feel less tired while I'm at work and manage to sleep very well at night. I only take 2 to 3 sprays - morning, lunch and early evening if necessary.
    This supplement is part of a healthy diet and cannot be relied upon on it's own.
