    Easy to take with a pleasant flavour. The pressure and distribution of the spray is much better than others I�ve used. I have already made a repeat purchase and would recommend it to anyone who finds it difficult to swallow tablets and capsules.

    The first I bought lasted 3 days, the second replacement lasted 2 as the spray mechanism malfunctions, now im just sipping the tiniest amount. useless spray bottle but definitely noticing improvement in fatigue.

    I suffer with vitamin B12 deficiency and in the past I've had injections from my GP. Since relocating the new GP wouldn't provide me with the injections I've had previously and I found tablets just don't do anything. I gave this a go and this spray is so effective. I noticed a difference within 2 days, I wasn't exhausted and I felt more alert/less brain fog. I use it first thing in the morning to give me a boost for the day. I honestly can't believe how much of a difference this has made and I much prefer this spray than taking vitamin tablets. It has a nice flavour to it too.
