    This is my third purchase of this product. I initially bought it purely because I knew my diet was lacking in B12, but wasn't really sure what difference it would make. More energy? Not sure about that but I am 100% certain it has made a huge difference to my mood. After a couple of days of using it I became aware of feeling more positive and feeling happier within myself. Couldn't be without it now.

    I brought this after reading it is absorbed quicker into the body. Bear in mind that it must Ben sprayed under the tongue or inside the cheek with 20 seconds between sprays. I believe it has made a slightly difference to my energy levels but it is still early days. Perfect handbag size. I will also be purchasing the vitamin d sprays

    Spray to the side of your mouth or under your tongue is the most effective way of getting b12 into your system so this is fab. Such an easy and portable spray which fits in your handbag and tastes nice too!
