Comvita Manuka Honey Throat Lozenges combines the soothing qualities of genuine UMF™ 10+ Manuka Honey with the flavour of Propolis, Lemon and Honey. This throat lozenges provides soothing and effective relief from the throat discomforts such as of sore throats.
Bees harvest nectar from the Manuka tree (also known as Leptospermum scoparium or New Zealand Tea Tree) to produce a honey that contains unique plant phenols naturally present at varying levels. This medicinal honey has been used as food and as medicine. Additionally, this lozenge also contains propolis, a compound produced by bees thought to fight infections, heal wounds, and more. Propolis contains vitamins and minerals, which help to boost your immune system. To further help fight off colds, flu and other infections, propolis also contains bioflavonoids that have antibacterial and antioxidant properties. - Dissolve one lozenge slowly in the mouth. Repeat as required up to 5 times daily. Not to be given to children under 2 years of age. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
