Cozaar 100Mg Tablets contain losartan potassium, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).

It works by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a substance that causes blood vessels to tighten.

This leads to relaxation of blood vessels, lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow.

It is also used to protect the kidneys in patients with type 2 diabetes and to reduce the risk of stroke in certain patients.

The medication is intended for long-term use under medical supervision.
