- Identify the left and right splints using the labels.
- Place your foot on the terrycloth side of the splint.
- Align the gel pad with the bunion area.
- Wrap the big toe strap and adjust the hook-and-loop fastener for comfort.
- Secure the foot and heel straps to hold the splint in place.
- Start wearing for about 30 minutes daily and gradually increase to overnight use (up to 8 hours).
