• Remove the existing insoles from your shoes if possible.
• Place the old insole on top of the Dr. Scholl’s insole to check size.
• Trim along the guidelines if needed to achieve the correct fit.
• Insert the insole into the shoe with the fabric side facing up.
• Replace the insoles every six months or when signs of wear appear.
