• Remove the existing insole from your shoe if necessary.
• Place the orthotic insert into the shoe with the fabric side facing up.
• Ensure the heel of the insert sits firmly against the back of the shoe.
• Trim along the guidelines if needed to achieve the correct fit.
• Replace the orthotics every six months or when signs of wear appear.
