• Remove the existing insoles from your shoes if necessary.
• Place the old insole on top of the new insole and trim along the guidelines to match your shoe size.
• Insert the Dr. Scholl’s Stability Support insole into the shoe with the fabric side facing up.
• Ensure the heel sits firmly against the back of the shoe.
• Replace the insoles every six months or when signs of wear appear.
