Collagen is a protein that supports the key areas of your body, including skin, bones, teeth gums, blood vessels and joints. However, collagen synthesis (the process of combining different amino acids and components to make new collagen) in the body begins to decline as we age.


These supplements also contain Vitamin C which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Vitamin C also helps support your immune system, normal psychological function, and normal energy -yielding metabolism.
