    I had been purchasing blackseed capsules for a while until I read the reviews and noticed someone had commented it was blackseed cumin. I googled pure blackseed and cumin and realised cumin was less stronger than the pure blackseed. Quite a disappointment that holland and barrett don't sell pure blackseed and instead sell cumin seeds

    Have been SUFFERING from aching joints and limbs for months (perimeonopausal). I know Black Seed Oil has been used for centuries and in Islam is considered a � cure for humanity everything except death� and used it for migraines years ago ( very effective). I�ve been taking this for 10 days and the improvement shocked me. I can absolutely say I�m not aching from top to toe ( like severe flu like body aches) anymore. I feel so so much better and the effects were almost immediate. After 3 days I noticed a significant difference. I would absolutely highly recommend this ( or any black seed oil) to anyone in my situation.

    I suffer from really bad migraines someone recommended trying these out and they have worked well for me. I normally got a headache 6 days a week down to 1 day a week which is a great blessing. I will definitely be buying more.

  10. This is not Black Seed why fake sell products?

    This is made from Cumin seed (Cumin cyminum) and not Black seed ( Nigella Sativa ), Nigela sativa is a miracle plant that can treat you from so many problems and cumin seed does nothing compared to it. I would like the Holland&Barrettt to put the true name on the label and stop selling this fake thing as it does nothing and you should know to do you research when a pharmacy company adds some vit d in it too facepalm. I lost my trust in Holland and barrett especially after the staff tried to convince me it is Black seed...
