    Only been on these 2 days so not sure if it�s a fluke.
    I have bought them for my digestion and not good at going to the loo, plus on a lot of meds that affects my immune system.
    Hoping for miracles really .
    So day 2.
    Feel very light, as in no bloating, bit light headed, which is odd, but I�m. Very small frame and basically stripped me this morning, as in going to the loo.
    Sorry folks.
    But and the plus side, I feel better.
    Not felt hungry in the mornings, and not fancied breakfast.
    Starving this morning.
    So as far as 2 days goes.
    Yes I feel better.

    I�ve been having terrible bloating, feminine issues and IBS symptoms for months. Within a week, bloating has gone down, IBS symptoms have calmed and hoping feminine issues will be helped too but that will be something to review more long term. Would absolutely recommend I�ve been taking the max of 2 tablets daily with evening meal which seems to suit my body. Will be repurchasing.
