What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

  1. Too big

    These are too big to swallow, i tried but they actually hurt my throat and felt like I was going to choke. shame as all other products I get are great, had to bin and buy from another shop.

    I've had magnesium tablets before from H&B but I think they were coated - whereas these aren't and they are quite chalky and difficult to swallow [imo]. As a magnesium tablet, they're fine.

    I take these as I was recommended them for migraines. They are a good price but they are very chalky. They are quite large and need to be swallowed asap or they will dissolve which isn�t pleasant.

  4. Hard to Swallow

    I can swallow any size tablet. However, these seem to stick to the back of your throat. I end up with a sore throat after taking! Has never happened with any other tablet.
    Could be that it is chalky and has no coating?

    I started to take this tablets and from the second day I felt the result! I highly recommend it!

  6. Impossible to swallow as not coated

    Tablets are not coated, very powdery and dissolve straight away getting stuck in your throat. This is a health hazard and surprised they permit to sell this. Choked a few times as couldn�t dislodge the tablet in my throat. Do not buy this product!

    Theses tablets are too big to take. Even when I break them in half they are difficult to swallow.

  8. High dose (good) but incredibly hard to swallow

    I need to take a high daily dose of magnesium to help with migraines and my usual supplement was not available. I was pleased to find these as they do offer a high daily dose, but I have found them extremely unpleasant to take. Taking the first one whole, I gagged and nearly choked, so I�ve been cutting them in half since, but even then, the chalky texture means they tend to stick in your throat and you have to swallow hard, with a lot of liquid, to get them down. I�d rather they made them smaller/smoother even if it meant you had to take more tablets. I will revert to my original supplement as soon as it�s available, simply for this reason.

    These are good, and prevent me from getting cramps, big, not that easy to swallow but tasteless.
