    This is by far the worst creatine I have ever consumed / attempted to consume. I usually mock people who give bad reviews, calling them miserable. However I must express my dissatisfaction with this product. It feels like drinking sand and it doesn�t dissolve at all. I would highly recommend not buying this product. The price absolutely reflects the poor quality of the creatine. Go for optimum nutrition instead !!!

    I can see people complaining about this stuff being gritty... It doesn't dissolve well but I don't chew my drinks so not a problem... My main issue is that most of it settles too quick and leaves most of the powder on the side of the bottle . Other than that, buy cheap, get cheap. Tasteless so I mix with juice and it does the job!

    Bought this as my typical go to creatine was out of stock. Worse decision EVER! It doesn't mix whatsoever, it sits at the bottom of your bottle no matter how much you shake it. The scoop was missing. The list goes on.

    First time creatine user and it�s perfect for someone like me I honestly don�t find the graininess of the powder to be an issue also I really like that it is flavourless it�s like drinking regular water & it has no aftertaste. I mix this up in a 2 L bottle which is probably why the graininess does not affect me but it�s perfect anyway as it also encourages me to chug more water down.

    Like most budget creatine powders, this doesn't dissolve the easiest. I take mine as part of a high protein shake in the morning, the grains are small enough that they never clump up or settle out when taken this way. Just as effective as the more expensive powders, great if you're on a budget.

    If you can't stand even a slight grittiness in your shakes, you'll have to buy something more premium.
