Apply to wet hair, lather and rinse. Follow with Strengthening Grow Long Sulfate Free Conditioner. Directions: Hold bottle 3 - 6 inches away from hair and lightly spray onto clean, damp hair. Comb through and style as usual. For thin, fine hair start with 3 sprays. Apply more as needed for thicker, coarser hair. Warnings: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately.
