• For 3-5 years to take half a sachet per day dissloved in water
• For 5+ years to take 1-2 sachets per day poured directly into the mouth. No water needed
• In acute treatment, take for 8 days
• For antibiotic-associated diarrhea, take after finishing the course of antibiotic
• For recurrent episodes of diarrhea due to continous use of antibiotics, it can be taken along with antibiotic with an interval of 4 hours between doses
