    Excellent! An excellent way to get your Vitamin B12 and it tastes good as well!
    I have been taking Vitamin B12 for the last 3 years for my horrific Peripheral Neuropathy and I have been taking these little tablets, but I felt I wasn't getting anywhere any more recently with the little tablets, so I tried this spray and it is Good! It has taking me onto the next level of healing that the little tablets didn't.
